Boss Lemon started with a simple idea: bring the brightest, freshest citrus flavors to Cebu City. What began as a small lemon stall in a weekend market has grown into a beloved neighborhood cafe and artisan lemon store.
We source our lemons from local farms across the Visayas, handcraft every drink and pastry in-house, and create our own line of lemon-based products — from preserves and honeys to natural skincare. Every visit to Boss Lemon is a taste of something honestly made.

Sean Anore
An avid food connoisseur with a deep passion for flavors, Sean Anore founded Boss Lemon with a dream to make a meaningful difference in the Cebu community. Growing up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of the Visayas, he developed an appreciation for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the joy of sharing a great meal.
Driven by the belief that good food has the power to bring people together, Sean set out to create a space where quality, community, and creativity intersect. Every recipe at Boss Lemon reflects his hands-on approach and tireless pursuit of the perfect balance of flavors — from the signature citrus drinks to the artisan pastries and small-batch lemon products.
